Taxify unprofessionalism

I’m really disappointed by the level of service I’ve received from employees that taxify/bolt employs. My colleague received a call by one of her drivers who dropped her off at her place, threatening her. Furthermore, he texted her using offensive words showing no respect for SA gender. I am disappointed and disgusted at these proceedings.
