Taxify unfair fare charged

This morning I travelled from 10 Oxford Cresent Parklands to 8 Riebeek street Capetown which is approximately 24 kilometers but my total fare charged was R315, of which i do not understand the reason since the minimum charge is R5.00 per kilometer irregardless of traffic its up to the driver and the taxify gps to find the most efficient route. I demand a refund as the payment was made by card.
