TAXIFY TRIPS CREDIT CARD ****

I would share my friend's experience with Taxify over the past month or so. He lives in Parkhurst, Johannesburg. His Credit Card has been ****med with over R2,000.00 in Debits in Taxi Trips he did not make. The only trips during the month he makes if to Rosebank,Cresta , Pick-n- Pay or Checkers. He has now reset his phone App and his Credit Card Details do not appear there anymore. He now is paying cash for his trips. His Bank did not advise him of these debits but noticed this **** on checking his statements. I notice Taxify does not reply to any complaints on Helicopter. Any suggestions on how to get his money back. Thank You
