As we all know plans can change at any moment,well not according to taxify.

On the 30th of November 2018 I ordered a taxify from Green Point to Mobaray Cape Town.

I however decided to change the end location to Parow as I was tired and wanted to go home.

The driver informed me that it isn't a problem, he will charge me the normal metered rate.

For his efforts I bought him Mc Donald's.

We arrived in Parow at 03:34 expecting the transaction to be deducted from my account.

The fee was however deducted from my account at 04:08 after the driver had driven to stellenbosch an additional 39km.

I was charged R657 for a trip from Green Point to Parow and Taxify will not reimburse me as they say I'm lying.
