Taxify *******!!!!!!!

They dont even deserve 1 star. My phone was misplaced in a trip on the 1st of june 2020. I sent an email on the same day to let taxify know that i lost my phone and i had called it 5 minutes after my trip ended and my phone was already on voicemail. I sent another email on the 3rd of june and today which is the 4th of june and still no response from bolt, can you believe that! I am very disappointed and Disgusted with the service levels. I need my phone back and bolt has decided to go mute. This is utter bull****!!!!
