History • 6th Avenue 20 – Time 23:10 • 9 Badminton Cres, Beacon Valley, Cape Town, 7785 South Africa. – Time 23:38 • Date 9/02/2019 • Driver Stephen Katerere • Item ****** by Driver • There is no contact number for the driver on the taxify history , The reason why I feel the phone was ****** it was because I was sitting in front with the driver and went to the shop to get something and left my phone in front of the car with the driver, When he dropped me off , I realised that I didn’t have my phone on me and when I tried calling the phone it was off. • Can you please get my phone back as this is a contract phone • I am very disappointed as I feel the driver could have at least been honest to turn around and drop my phone off, If you can please get me his contact number I would really appreciate it. • Unit 7,M5 Business Park, Eastman Road, Maitland, Cape Town 7405 • To make things worse I have tried getting hold of the taxify customer service and the number they have online that is of no use as it says the number you have dialled is not available, I had to call the Landlord and spoke to a wonderful women by the name of Janine and she told me that people normally call that number to, As they have difficulty getting through to log a complaint even vie email they don’t respond, I sent 2 emails to ********** and ********** And still I haven’t got a response, This is a great inconvenience as the lady I spoke to even told me that this happens a lot as when people forgot their belongings in the cars and try to contact the customer service they have to go to the building directly.
