Taxify Terrible Service

27 JANUARY 2020 TAXIFY- VULGAR DRIVER RE: TERRIBLE SERVICE OFFERED BY YOUR TAXIFY DRIVER , USED VULGAR LANGUAGES ON ME Please note that both myself , wife & 2 sons have regularly used taxify , but after my last experience , none of us will in future. I was fetched by your driver Clarence on 27 Jan 2020 at app 18: 53 . Clarence almost took a wrong off ramp to Newlands , all I did was correct him , by telling him that I am going to Clare Estate , and that he needs get back on the Middle lane , this REALLY UPSETTED the driver .He started swearing me F & B s . He became very violent & I started to fear for my life . I am also considering approaching my Lawyer , pertaining to the above incident. It seems like to me that Clarence cannot handle the stress of being a taxify driver , and I also feel very certain that he did swear other passengers, but many may not complain like me .
