Taxify terrible service

<p>I signed up with Taxify on recommendation from a friend. I kept receving emails saying Lucinda you still have not used the serivce which was fine as I just had no need for cars. On the one day I do order a car to go to a meeting it all went very wrong. I ordered the car watched it as it made its way towards my house. Suddenly at the bottom of my road no where near my house it said trip completed and asked me for a rating. My account has been debited with the amount and I have treid on several occassions to get a response from them NOTHING. Astounding a new business does not attempt any customer service. Never again</p>
