taxify sucks

Time and again I have given this company benefit of the doubt and supported them due to slightly more reasonable prices than UBER. However, incompetence and shoddy customer service have their limits. a few weeks back, a driver accepted my request, drove around, charged me and never came. I tried to bring this up to the concern, but to no avail. last night, my GF turns ill, needs a cab urgently before I reach her, and this sorry excuse of a driver accepts her request but drives past her without even enquiring anything. then we request another, and this guy just stands in the same spot for like 7 min...doesnt answer...doesnt reply...and still charges us. eventually, our woes were minimized by switching to the UBER app. the guy cam promptly...was very empathetic and took us to the hospital in good time. even returning, the UBER driver was courteous and polite and took us home promptly. I applaud UBER for such good service. this sham of a taxi service TAXIFY/BOLT could actually learn from them.
