Taxify stole my money

I got an estimated for taxify to travel a distance of about 7km whcih was R55. I ordered the ride but before I even got to my destination, Taxify had taken R110 from my credit card. Upon arrival they took another R65. In total the trip whcih had an estimate of R55 ended up costing me R175. On the same day, I sent a mail to Taxify requesting my money back. I never got a response and am still waiting. That was last week.
