Taxify ****

I am regular client of taxify and I normally pay my trips cash, however they had a promo for card payments and I decided to take advantage of it that’s when the problem started. When I linked my card they debited my account R100 for verification and charged me for my trip as well. I didn’t mind at this stage I was expecting the hold for verification but was alarmed at the amount. A week passed and I didn’t receive my credit for the card verification that’s when I deceit to contact them. When I contacted them they told me that the bank is holding the funds and that they only held it for a few minutes which was a lie. When I phoned the bank they said they will only release the funds from their institutions, when I told them this they kept saying that the bank will refund me. It’s 30 days later and I don’t have the refund. What really annoys me is that I’ve been using their services fo such a long time and now they are messing me around. This not acceptable and its actually *****. I am ****ed and want everyone to be weary.
