Taxify SA is nonsense!!!!

I have never been so frustrated in my life. I used Taxify to be dropped off at work Saturday morning,realized as i walked into the building id dropped my Iphone at the back. It was not even 5 minutes after the driver left,when i called him the phone was off. Naturally i called the taxify client number which does not even work. Sent countless emails to report loss items and gave driver details, they only rep**** after 3 days with the very same number i had said was not working or blocked. How are you not able to give alternative contact for a driver that has a profile with you? How is his number linked to you off for so long and you do not find this alarming?Why is his he not blocked so that he can report to your offices? Someone has to assume some sort of responsibility . Find Hendrik Masuba!!!!!
