Taxify's poor customer service is appaling!

<p>This morning I left my tablet in a ride I took in the Cape Town cbd. Contacted all the numbers and email addresses on their website and 8 hours later, still no reponse. What appaling customer service is this? I have learnt my lesson, I will stop using this service and stop recommending it friends and family!</p>
