Taxify Rude driver
I had the worst experience a few minutes ago with one of your drivers. I have had bad experiences before but not to this extent. The driver was swearing at me as I came out my complex gate claiming he has been waiting for 20min when I requested the cab 2min before he got there. His car was filthy, and there was a beer bottle under his seat. I have pictures. He never apologized after I called him out on his lie.

Apart from the on going problems such as the vehicles, the communication with call center agents, the problems with deductions and no refunds which has been an on going problem. Then the swearing and rudeness which just occurred. Now I had to deal with the humiliation in front of bystanders and the best you can do is compensate me with a R50????!!
