Taxify ****** me

To whom it may concern. I just requested a taxify from the Pavilion shopping center to 19 Severn drive, when I checked the price of the trip it was between R33-R41 but when it was dropping off the price went up to R67 and I was so upset because if I knew it was going to be R67 I was not going to ride in it but I took it because I saw the price that I could afford it. I think taxify(Bolt) is robbing us some how. I would appreciate it if I could have the money that they over charged me back. My numbers are *** / *** / *** and I will take this to the media if there's no respond of how I am going to get my money back. I ride with Thandeka in the Kia the number plate was NPN 897308 if I'm not mixing numbers
