Taxify Ripoff

I caught a Taxify last night from Wynberg to Constantia. I paid the driver cash for a 4,3km trip. (R30.00, and tipped him R10.00)

This morning in my mailbox, I receive an invoice for R 265.00, for a trip from Wynberg to Bellville; which they truly seem to think would be o.k to deduct off my credit card. Despite trying the Cape Town number (voicemail) and the other is a fax line, and lodging at least 5 individual complaints on their customer service whatsapp; I have had absolutely no response, until now. I have cancelled my credit card because of this, and reported them to ABSA for *****. Would love a response of some kind, but this is absolutely unacceptable.
