TAXIFY REFUND

So we had taken Taxify yesterday from Durban beach front to Chatsworth, logged in to app fine and it quoted us R190 driver then contacted us to say he is outside and to meet him , so we did driver name is Lloyd and he then told us it will cost us R250 and that the app is down and payment had not gone through so we did proceed and pay him not knowing that taxify had already proceeded with the payment. And it seems these drivers have bought their licences. We are not happy with this service and will like to know how to proceed with a refund as this not acceptable to be charged this much!
