Taxify R100 *******

On Monday I took a Taxify in Durban and opted to pay by card, before the actual trip took place they took from my account R100 and after the trip they took the full amount for the trip. I have tried all week to communicate with Taxify to get them to return my R100 back and still nothing. It is very sneaky and dishonest of them to cause such an inconvenience to customers. I will no recommend their services to anyone. Taxify please return my money to me.
