Taxify poor service

On the 01/09/2018 requested taxify from Soweto 602 Thulare Street Mofolo South to Silverstar Casino. I left my leather jacket in the car, Day after I called the driver and he promised to bring my jacket since he knew where I stay. Now his avoiding my calls, and I did send an email to Taxify informing them and gave them my number. Till now nothing has happened.
