Taxify poor service

On Sunday I forgot my Sumsung tablet in Taxify cab in Cape Town Parkland . I phoned it then the driver Lloyd, answered it. Then we arranged to meet yesterday and the driver never showed up. When I tried to call, my phone was off. I emailed Taxify but they didn't respond I tried to call them they are not picking up. My email address is **********
