Taxify office appalling lack of service

Right now their phones are not working and yet we are paying for cars that are supposed to do business with Taxify. We cannot link drivers for months. Even when you send someone to travel from Durban to stand in long quoues in Johannesburg, it doesn't help. Us Car iwbers are losing money and nobody seems to care. What kind of business is this???
