Taxify not making payouts and *****ing money.

I am an owner of a Taxify vehicle, I have been waiting 3 weeks for card payments to be payed out into my account, I have tried to call their head office not once but 7 times, a lady by the name Thandeka seemed to assist me but that never got anywhere, I have sent several emails to them but all seem to have fallen on deaf ears, this is really unacceptable because should you not pay them they are not shy from blocking drivers accounts. This week I went to their office in Bryanston sloane street, besides their unprofessional lady at reception whom I had to wait for to finish a personal call during company time and on a company landline ( no wonder their calls are never answered) I was told to stand on a ridiculously long que to a one manned office for Enquiries. I find this very annoying and unprofessional in every aspect, I am displeased by the amount of reluctance’s of Taxify. I would like for other Taxify owners that have experienced the same issue to come forward.
