taxify never glorify

Due to taxify being a tad cheaper than UBER my GF and I use the app on short trips out of convenience. the last two trips were annoying, to say the least. the first trip a few days ago-saw a driver accepts the request. drive off into a completely different location and still CHARGE me. yesterday, the driver was a mere meters away from my GF. and still calls her and asks where the place is!! how do you become a driver and not use the GPS? I dread to think how this company will fare during #blackfriday
