taxify must start looking after its clients.

So after almost two weeks of noy being able to get a hold of the taxify driver who disappeared with my phone. Thank you taxify for blocking his account. But how is he all of a sudden calling me on the same phone that has been off since he dropped me off? How is he being requested on a number that you people dont have registered on your database?Henrik Masuba must be blocked until he pays for the phone he stole. I will not back down!!!!
