Taxify literally stole my money !

Good day I'm absolutely irritated! I was charged R406 for a 15 minute trip from my house to westwood mall. My amount due came to R90 after a discount and I paid with card. The trip was ONLY cancelled by the driver hours later, which resulted in such a high price. I was charged an extra R316 !

I've tried contacting the driver numerous times, and he rejects my calls. Everytime I try to contact them on the app they tell me the same thing and nothing ends up happening. Its been close to 2 weeks now .That money is really important and now i cant attend to other important matters because of this.

This is *******! I'm really shocked because I have never had issues like this in the past using this app, and I will not rest until I am reimbursed !
