Taxify is useless

On the 27/12/2018 at 21:00 the druvers name was mlukeki,he picked us up from clark road to joseph ntuli street.we accidentally dropped our house keys in the car and relised when he had driven off we called him to ask if he could return the house keys and he refused and demanded that we pay hum R500 for him to bring the keys.Even now he has not retured the key.Taxify is useless and unreable and the drivers are mean .
