Taxify is ****

I took a ride on the 6th of June 2018. I mistakenly left my phone in the car. Upon realization I called the driver - Lebogang he said he could not see it. I call him and ask him to double check ,his response "I'm sleeping at Centurion" I then request him to send location to me so I can get to him. He drops the phone saying he will call in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes he doesn't not call so I call again and now his story has changed, he is now at Kempton Park.

Taxify support is totally useless they keep telling me the driver says he does not have the phone and they cant assist any further. For someone who uses taxify everyday I thought one will get decent customer service. Very disgusted by the service I got
