Taxify is Bull

I got ****** by a Taxify driver last night in Durban after paying for my trip. I have all the driver details but I cannot contact him or the agent, I mean what do I do now? This is really shocking...we are not safe anymore as passengers. Please someone help me get this guy...my email is : ********** I do not have a phone at the moment.
