Taxify Is All Kinds Of Worse

Taxify took my money and I want it back. They have the nerve to take money from my account and the come back and tell me I will get it after 5 – 7 days and I must call the bank. I have been sending emails for this and all I get are emails back, no one even has the decency to call me and explain why that I thought would be convenient suddenly has led to this frustration.

I changed my payment option from cash to my card and boom my money was gone. I then get some stupid authorisation email from Bongani who tells me to be patient for the money to be returned into my account. I always thought people were out of their minds or unnecessary when cancelling all services with Taxify but now I know and understand that all they do is f**k people over, I want my money.

Till this hour, no one has bothered to call me and clearly Bongani feels all the emails he sent with explanations only he understands was more than enough.
