Taxify is a ****

Taxify is just the worst ever, a bunch of ****** who take your money and do not give a damn. First I had an experience with one of their drivers who started a trip without me and charged it to my account, when I reported it they said they were on it and would refund me...2 months later I'm still waiting. Then recently I forgot my phone in the car 6days later and I'm sure 10 emails later still no response. I never want anything to do with Taxify, they are just a bunch of *********. I've been sending emails to every email address I can find on their website, following everyone of their instructions but its like I'm emailing a mortuary, no one cares to respond. Stay away from Taxify. Furthermore I was charged R242 for a trip that I have never paid more than R145 for and well as usual no one will even respond. TAXIFY IS A HUGE ****!!!!
