Taxify is a ******* artist who *****s customers' money

Even though I have used Taxify before, it's like every time I ride they think I'm a new user. I have been charged an authorization fee twice, in addition to the actual trip fee, on two different rides, and I was told this would be refunded to my account. I have still not received my money back despite numerous emails to customer service. After they said they will look into this, they have stopped responding. Terrible service! I have been ********** and am now being completely ignored by customer "service".
