Taxify is a *******

Travelled to the airport on 23rd Dec 2018. The driver did not know how to get from my house to the airport, even with his GPS running. I had to direct him all the way. It was 6am in December and there was no traffic at all. He was driving well below the speed limit to make the journey longer and charge more for time.

Travelled with them again on the 2 Jan 2019 back from the airport because their price showed much less than Uber on the app. Got picked up and the new driver also didn't know his directions. I had to direct him all the way and his GPS was not working. He also drove extremely slow to increase the time charge. Then when we got home, he charged me more than the Uber cost, around R65 more than the cost given on the Taxify booking. There was also no traffic at all. When we got home, he asked me to give him a 5 star review as his ratings were down and he may get fired. I declined and rated him according to service received.

I will stick to Uber thank you.
