Taxify is a mess

I was overcharged for a trip that was 1.4km they charged me R202 , when I checked the receipts the destination was wrong . I sent emails to Taxify and contacted the driver who said he had a problem with his router and had reported the matter but I Still haven't received my money back . They do not reply to emails and don't have a proper channel for passengers to lodge complains.
