Taxify is a disaster

Taxify driver did not come to the address, he was 10 minutes away from my venue but I got a message that he ha's arrived. I went out three times but he was nowhere to be seen. I urgently wanted to leave! This driver phones me after some 20 minutes to harshly question me where was I. I tried explaining to him but he hanged up and phone again using a private number, he swear at me and sent me threatining and swearing message. What makes things worse is that Taxify blocks me.
