Taxify horror

Had a TERRIBLE experience today with a taxify driver. Driver arrived at my house and told me to cancel the ride as he does not have petrol. I told him i would be late for work and he proceeded to swear at me, start the trip and ride away - WITHOUT me in the car. When i phoned him to end the trip so i could book he said it was my "punishment" and continued to swear at me, he also said he now "knows where i live" VERY disappointed with the lack or emergency or in fact ANY contact number to reach taxify to report this incident.
