Taxify has rude and thieving drivers

I took a taxify ride with my child and we forgot his bag full of his grade R graduation stuff and other clothes, called the guy after a few minutes tells me he will check and then I call him a few minutes he wont pick up until I got him and he was so rude and even told me he wont be barred by Taxify coz they will take his side. I did go to the office but hey he was right They frankly dont care about their passengers, they want more drivers and money, you are not important to them........ Complain to Taxify and I guarantee you'd be talking to a brickwall, Let's all stick to Uber who are tried and tested.
