Taxify from HELL

<p>I have used Taxify more than 10, it keeps getting worse and worse. They are never on time, service is poor, their GPS system is on drugs, the estimated time is totally wrong. 2 days ago i had to wait more than an hour for a taxify that said 5 minutes away. I was in BraamFontein. Imagine! I was so late at work. i was stranded , had to cancel and book again, they still refered me to the same guy, like what the hell. He took more than 20 minutes still, and i kept on calling him and he kept on lying! i eventually cancelled and took a normal taxi. </p> <p>It has always been like this, either they are totally late, GPS detected is totally wrong (even after i call to confirm my location) , The drivers never listen to you when you try give them the fastest and best route to where you are going.</p> <p>I am so mad and dissapoited . Please work on improving and bettering your services. </p>
