Taxify ***** and Unauthorized billing

The Driver on the App and the Driver was not the Same Person.

He double billed me from my Credit Card and insisted on taking cash telling me he cancelled the App Billing. I was Billed R26 for trip he took from where he was to the pick up Zone then took R300 Cash for the Trip.

The Guy on the App is a South African Nhlanhla VW Polo Vivo REG Number: FP28RWGP but a Nigerian Showed up.

I keep getting an error trying to repot this on the App.
