TAXIFY....

I ordered a taxi for my Mom today from Centurion Gautrain station to her home which is in 500 Lenchen Avenue the app gave a quote of R21 - 47 I was debited R162. Further the driver fetched my mom outside Momentum as he said he could not pick up from the station. My mother had to drag a heavy suitcase do3 the road to get the taxi. The app should not take pick ups from the station if they do not have taxi permission to operate there. This is most unacceptable and now they claiming that it's holiday season. The price given is the price you pay consumer rights needs to prevail.... Disgusting... DO Not Use TAXIFY... Unpleasant and unprofessional...
