Taxify drivers incompitence

Taxify is against me, I once shared my experience in Cape town and last month The 26th August to be exact I requested and he driver never arrived. When. I called he already left whereas it's still showed the exact position he was at when I requested. Ok fine I request again. Driver arrived but he asked for cash or he'll drive me to nearest atm to widraw. Cooling had no choice I did that but I reported that no one has got back to me. Now. I'm requesting most ihave made me to cancel trips or they call me and cancelled themselves.so taxify is this your standards and I've always got proof
