Taxify drivers are *******

I accidentally left my purse in the car when my ride ended, I noticed in the morning that my purse was no where to be found and what made me notice was notifications of my bank card purchases made while I was in bed. I contacted the driver and he said he will look for it and that I must call back ...when I tried calling him back he had blocked my in app calls and voice calls mind you my purse had my ID, driver's licence, bank cards and store account cards ...I contacted support and they rep**** saying they also cannot get hold of the driver and that I should open a case...bolt hires ******* a month ago my phone was never recovered in nside bolt he driver denied ever seeing it I'm so deleting their app and definitely opening a case against the driver...
