Taxify drivers are not reiable shame

Please help me HelloPeter,my sister used the Taxify the other day coming to my work place &forgot my jacket &the plastic in the car&she called the driver immediately asking him to return the staff within 2 minutes &the driver said he was gone but will bring the belongings later..It was last year November bt till today he always claims that he is coming..We are based in Dbn ,Please help I need my jacket or I
