Taxify drivers are ******!

The second time around I have been let down by taxify services! The taxify driver charged me cash at the end of the trip and at the same time taxify withdrew the ride amount from my bank account!. I sent emails to taxify to no avail! No response whatsoever. And worst of all...no refund! I'm ****ed off
