Taxify Driver will not return my phone

hi, i left my phone in d drivers cab, bt he didn't want to answer any of my calls bt i cn see he moving around with my phone, when i track it online. my number is ********** 666, name is Sandra Gyamfi, email ********** can i please have the drivers number. gasify desktop logins do not work, as I have tried more than enough, later on the day, the driver switched the phone off and when I complained online, they guy switched the phone on again, now instead of answering the phone to we could fetch it ourselves, he leaves the phone at (I assume) his residence in Soweto. been calling the number all morning and the guy is not letting up. Complaining to gasify online on solcial media, is frustrating as the only reply to you when they feel like it. I have not gotten any response from via email from them and when they did reply, this is what they had to say (Thank you for reaching out to us Sorry to hear of the inconvenience caused here. Kindly provide us with a phone number that he can contact you on?) I told them that I had locked the phone on my side with an emergency number to call, so I was surprised why they even asked me.
