Taxify driver took cash payment after card payment was made

Good Day

I had requested a trip on 07.09.2019 and got picked up by one of your drivers. Bheki Bhengu - Invoice no. ***.

Upon completion of the trip he told me i had made a cash request when It was actually a card payment. I had paid him and only noticed upon recieving notification that my money had been deducted for the trip. I have since called and spoken to him several times after he agreed to pay me my money back. He has yet to contact me back since yesterday. I would like to request that my card payment be refunded considering the likelihood that he will not be giving me my money back.
