Taxify driver stole my phone , Taxify keeps quiet

July this year I forgot my phone in one of your drivers car we called him a minute after he dropped us he didn't answer his phone, we sent him sms's, eventually he answered his phone after like 30 min I told him about my phone he said rudely there was no phone

I reported my case with Taxify same day no one responded to my emails up to today, I feel taxify doesn't care about their customers , their driver was rude and he stole my phone and nothing was done, we were using my partners account Welcome Mnisi
