Taxify driver ****** me

I was ****** of my cellphone by the taxify(bolt) vehicle that was supposed to pick me up. The car showed it had arrived on the app but nobody was in sight. Then a car matching the requeated ride came by, the passenger door opened, someone from behind snatched my phone and got into the car then it drove off. When i complain to taxify they say they will not release vehicle registration number of driver's vehicle. The same driver is still working the streets as we speak and the company has done nothing
