Taxify Driver grabbed my cellphone and left

On sunday I travelled with taxify from Jhb CBD to Midrand. A taxify guy grabbed my cellphone and left. I need to know if taxify company is now full of ****s.I need answers asap. How absurd is this taxify driver. I sent an email to taxify customer, no response.
