taxify driver *****

As i requested Taxify today in the morning according to the app it told me the driver was outside as i walk out there was no car only to check my phone the driver had already started the journey leading to a destination i had not requested for thereafter he arrived he then took money from my account as i had requested to pay with card. tried to contact him his phone was not going through i have contacted the taxify center however i got no feedback. the drivers name is Prosper Nyambadzo he drives a toyota Avanza CA990553
