Taxify Driver Complaint

The driver Joram Shavira went to a wrong place, so I called him. He wanted me to walk to his car, which was parked 2 robots away. It was late at night and I had luggage with me. I suggested to cancel the trip. When I was about to cancel , he started the trip. I called him twice to cancel that trip because I wasn't even in the car. I was charged R18 because of that ***** and I expect a refund.
